Reason for starting? I started my first business at the age of 20 when I was a stay at home mum. I was fascinated and inspired by women who had built empires while raising babies. After many years of launching and running multiple businesses, I wanted to share what I had learnt during my journey by inspiring others to follow their dreams and create a life and business they totally loved. Personal development has always been a huge part of my life. I love reading and learning about the tools and techniques needed to create a positive and powerful mindset for both life and business. Mentoring others has always been something that has come naturally to me, so it was only a matter of time before I qualified as a life and business coach. Nothing makes me feel more alive than when my client gains clarity, feels aligned and a business is born.

How do you define success? When I first started my entrepreneurial journey, I felt the need to compare myself to other entrepreneurs in my industry. While my business was doing extremely well, I always felt something was missing. It was only when I changed my definition of success to align with who I was as a person, my strengths, my story and faced my own fears that I truly felt successful in my business. This has impacted my personal life too, as I am extremely passionate, I continue to grow and become a better person each day.
Biggest success: My biggest success was planning, starting and growing my business by myself with very little money. I launched a beauty studio which specialised in makeup and tanning. Through lots of hard work, I became the go to tanning spot, tanning a Mercedes Benz Fashion Week to celebrities such as the cast from Geordie Shore. It then led to me become a tanning trainer, mentoring and supporting women to open their own tanning business.

What is your top challenge and how you have addressed it? One of my biggest challenges is knowing when to switch off. Once my creative juices get flowing, I am dreaming up the next idea or staying up till the early hours of the morning creating new programs. My goal is to reach and impact as many women as I possibly can. Even if I can simply remind them of how incredibly amazing they are! I was to develop my current programs and start online coaching.
Who is your most important role model? Danielle Laporte. While I follow so many amazing motivational speakers, coaches and thought leaders, no one speaks to me more than Danielle.
