Reason for starting? What motivated me to start my life coaching business was the fact that life coaching utilized my emotional intelligence, powerful questioning, listening skills, and perceptiveness. I knew that through coaching I would have the opportunity to help women in monumental ways.

How do you define success? To me, being better than you ever thought you could be makes you successful. Surpassing your own expectations of yourself. Also, choosing courage over cowardice should always count as a success in my book.
Biggest success: I believe that any time I have enabled someone to have a breakthrough in their life, whether it manifests in a change in perspective or a change in actions they take, I have been successful. There is no hierarchy of moments like that to me. They are equally important. My goals for my business are to increase exposure to my target market of high-achieving women who have fallen off track who are eager to be coached back into success.
What is your top challenge and how you have addressed it? My biggest business challenge so far has been gaining exposure to my target audience. There are thousands of life coaches in the world, so it truly takes creative strategies to gain visibility. I am addressing the challenge by guest posting and contributing to websites with a largely female audience.

Who is your most important role model? My biggest role model is Martha Beck, world-renowned life coach endorsed by Oprah Winfrey. Her book Finding Your Own North Star illustrated how meaningful of a job life coaching is and therefore inspired me to become a coach.
